SUMMARY:Webinar | Demonstrating Circularity for Bulky Composite Products in Automotive\, Furniture & Construction Sectors
DESCRIPTION:ECOBULK is a large-scale European initiative which will demonstrate that re-using\, upgrading\, refurbishing\, and recycling composite products is possible\, profitable\, sustainable\, and appealing. \nIn this Final Event\, the ECOBULK project will be making the case that circularity for composites is not only possible\,but can also be appealing and profitable. Realized production prototypes in the automotive\, furniture and construction industry will be presented along with the enabling technologies that allow the circular lifecycle to take place. This includes the following developments: \n\nNew materials\,\nCircular Design Guidelines\,\nBusiness models\,\nDecision support system\,\nQuality assurance\,\nOther supporting technologies and processes.\n\nJoin us for the project results conference\, register now and help us celebrate our achievements\, share our lessons learnt and explore the way forward. \nBy shifting our pre-conceptions of design\, manufacturing\, logistics and customer behaviour\, we can create benefits for the environment\, the society\, and the economy\, while offering business opportunities to participants along the entire value chain. \nThe complete programme is available here \nThis project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 730456. \nISWA & ECOBULK \nISWA collaborates on a number of EU funded projects\, acting as a communication and dissemination partner in consortiums tackling varying issues in and around waste management. With these activities ISWA acts as knowledge multiplier\, promoting sustainable waste management according to its mission.  ISWA also acts as representative of the waste management industry and conduit to other industrial stakeholders.
