SUMMARY:Webinar | MultiCycle - Shifting Towards Circular Economics in Thermoplastic Composites
DESCRIPTION:The MultiCycle Innovation Action has been working since late 2018 to demonstrate the Circular Economy for plastics in action.\nJoin this online event to find out more about exciting progress made and to explore steps towards broadening the impact of innovation for sustainability in the process industries. The event is scheduled for the 10th of March 2022 from 0900 –1200 CET live.  \nSelective recovery of high quality single polymer recyclates from challenging post-industrial and post-consumer multimaterial wastes has been successfully achieved. An industrial pilot scale demonstration plant combining a core selective solvent-based polymer recovery process with advanced AI-driven optical process monitoring and control systems has successfully provided thermoplastic recyclates which have been evaluated in a range of premium end use applications back in the Automotive and Packaging sectors from which they arose. Join us to find out more! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Register now\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n MultiCycle – advanced\, sustainable recycling of plastic-based multi-materials\n\nThe MultiCycle project is demonstrating advanced and sustainable recycling processes and value chains for plastic-based multi-layer packaging and fibre reinforced automotive components. \n\nFind out more at the Multicycle Project website \nISWA collaborates on a number of EU funded projects\, acting as a communication and dissemination partner in consortiums tackling varying issues in and around waste management. With these activities ISWA acts as knowledge multiplier\, promoting sustainable waste management according to its mission.  ISWA also acts as representative of the waste management industry and conduit to other industrial stakeholders. Please see below for some of active projects.
