What began in 1995 as a modest, family-owned business under the name Imperial Suppliers and Contractors has grown into a diversified group of companies committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable impact. In 2019, Imperial Ventures (Private) Limited was incorporated with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, becoming the parent company for all our business entities. That same year, they expanded internationally with the establishment of Imperial Technologies Development (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. in Tianjin, China, to facilitate operations and partnerships within the Chinese market.
Recognising the need for specialised environmental solutions, Imperial Environment Technologies (Private) Limited was launched in 2022 to serve the growing demands of the environment sector. All existing operations have since been consolidated under this newly structured umbrella, reflecting their commitment to synergy, focus, and future-ready business strategies.
