Hello everyone! My name is Mafalda and I am joining ISWA as Office Manager.
I was born and raised in Porto, Portugal, which was my home until I decided to move to the Netherlands, back in 2022.
This is my first experience in a non-profit organisation, and I am extremely excited for this new chapter of my life!
Previously, I worked in multiple companies in several different areas, including tourism, high-tech luxury, and heavy machinery. This experience allowed me to develop a strong sense of adaptability and understanding of different sectors.
Now, in ISWA, my main goal is to expand my knowledge, insights and skills, but also (and especially) to communicate and connect with members of the ISWA Family!
