Making Europe Day more Sustainable

May 9, 2021 | EU Projects, Governance & Legal Issues, ISWA news

Today the European Parliament is aligning its activities with ambitious environmental goals and wants to lead the way for a more sustainable future.

ISWA collaborates in multiple European funded projects and is tackling varying issues in and around waste management to promote and develop Sustainable and Professional Waste Management Worldwide and the transition to a Circular Economy.

“Our whole life as inhabitants in Europe is constantly influenced by people in the other European countries and this counts for municipal waste management as well. Only together we can manage the challenges for Europe on the move to a circular economy and to fight the climate change, only by exchanging best practices and working on joint projects which is the main purpose of ISWA and especially the European Group.”
