On Monday April 12th 2021 one of our very own main sponsors Veolia and our Gold Member Suez announced that they had reached an accord that will enable the two companies to merge.
According to both companies, the agreement will allow “the creation of a new Suez made up of assets forming a coherent and sustainable group from an industrial and social standpoint […], the implementation of Veolia’s plan to create a global champion of ecological transformation […], as well as the reiteration of Veolia’s social commitments for a period of four years.”
