Delila Khaled is an experienced entrepreneur and international development expert working at the intersection of waste and recycling, inclusive finance, and women’s economic empowerment. She advises women pioneers and entrepreneurs around the world on business strategy. Delila works with the private, public, and informal sectors to ensure that women’s empowerment is integrated into policies, programs, and investments. She recently completed USAID’s first global gender analysis of the waste management and recycling sector. Delila is an Impact Partner at Global Bio Fund.
