4th SWEEP-Net Regional Forum 13-15 May 2014 in Amman, Jordan

SWEEP-Net???s 4th Regional Forum on Integrated Solid Waste Management will be held on 13-15 May 2014 in Amman, Jordan, under the high patronage of the Jordan Ministry of Environment.

Participants will get the chance to learn about and discuss the latest issues and happenings in waste management, and to get an exclusive networking opportunity with regional and international experts from both public and private sectors.

While the 2013 Forum focused on New Opportunities for Employment, Social Equity and Sustainable Development in the MENA Region, this year???s forum will follow-up by debating on a key sustainability topic for the MENA region:
"MOVING UPSTREAM: Waste and Resource Management with Social and Economic Benefits"

This forum is expected to gather around 200 participants from the MENA region and beyond. In parallel to the forum, side events, training sessions, working groups and a donors meeting will be organised.
